Shipping Policy

All orders from Adept Cosmetics Global ship from our warehouses in China with a processing time of between 1 and 6 business days, Monday through Friday. By shipping from China, you save over $35 in shipping charges. Your order will dispatch from either Hong Kong, Shanghai or Shenzhen. Please be aware that delivery may take up to 30 business days, Monday through Friday! 

NEW! If you're located in the EU, all orders ship with VAT included via International Economy with tracking number. The €3 duty fee (per item) is not included and will be collected by your government prior to delivery. There is also a reminder of this fee at checkout. Delivery may take up to 30 business days, Monday through Friday.

All orders going to Norway and Switzerland ship via International Economy, with tracking number, DAP. DAP means that your governing body will collect duties , tariffs, and taxes prior to delivery. If the duties, tariffs and taxes are not paid, the package will be abandoned by the carrier. The order will not be eligible for any refunds should this occur and you will be charged an additional $24.00 abandonment fee to the payment method on file.  

UK, Asia, South America, and everywhere else: Orders under $100 ship DDP via International Economy with tracking number. DDP means delivered with duties already paid on your behalf. Delivery may take up to 30 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders totaling $100 or more (before shipping and taxes) ship via International Economy, with tracking number, DAP. DAP means that your governing body will collect duties , tariffs, and taxes prior to delivery. If the duties, tariffs and taxes are not paid, the package will be abandoned by the carrier. The order will not be eligible for any refunds should this occur and you will be charged an additional $24.00 abandonment fee. Delivery may take up to 30 business days, Monday through Friday. Sometimes the carrier returns the package to us. If this occurs you will be charged a $15.00 restocking fee as well as a return shipping of around $9.00 (depending on your location). 

There is a $15.00 restocking fee for orders refused or marked "returned to sender" by the carrier, as well as a return shipping charge of at least $9.00 (depending on your location). There may also be a transaction fee. This is charged to your form of payment. To avoid these fees, please make sure that the fees from your governing body are paid in full, that the address is accurate at checkout and hat the mail carrier can deliver without obstacles. Sometimes orders may have to be picked up at your local post office. This will depend on your location and the final delivery carrier. Please note that orders that are not picked up will incur a $24 abandonment fee. Shipping for these parcels will not be refunded.
