Normally, orders ship within 5 business days, Monday through Friday. Should this change, you will see up to date processing times on the product page.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days and may take up to 30 days to be delivered. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We provide a multitude of promo codes for you to use at checkout to save money on your order, however, at this time we can only allow one promo code use per order. This means that you cannot combine multiple discount codes on the same order; only one code will be applied. As we grow, we plan to change this rule, but right now, we're still a small business.

Requests for price adjustments will be honored up to 5 days from original purchase date for full priced items purchased on adeptcosmeticsglobal.com. Price adjustments are issued in the form of an e-gift card for use on a future purchase.

Holiday Purchases: Price adjustments will not be honored for purchases placed between 11/07/24 thru 12/31/24.

ust be placed within the promotional time frame. We cannot honor any discount codes outside of the promotional time frame. 

Please email us within an hour of placing your order if you need to cancel it. Once an hour has passed, we cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled as it is already being processed for shipping by a third party fulfillment center. Orders cannot be canceled if they have already shipped out or if they have already been placed in a shipping queue. Note: Cancellation is not guaranteed and may incur a fee. If insurance was purchased with your order, please take note that this is not refundable.

We do not accept returns on any cosmetic/makeup item due to the nature of the product. We do not offer refunds on color cosmetics and all sales on those items are final.

Adept Cosmetics® does not test on animals. We also purchase all of our own ingredients. This is to ensure that our suppliers do not test ingredients on animals. Please bear in mind that the term "cruelty free" is not regulated, does not apply to people and that the lowest price to test one color on one animal in a country such as China as of 2022 is $1,400 and approximately $16,800 for a 12 pan, eyeshadow palette. Multiple tests are required to perform the correct level of testing needed to obtain the appropriate GMP certificates needed to sell a cosmetic product in China. Considering the enormous costs, it is extremely uneconomical for a small brand to perform any type of tests on animals.
