• Sapphire Selene features a new chameleon sparkle powder made up of over 75% gradient pearls that may appear to look like glitter to the naked eye.

• To maintain shimmer, color performance and formula consistency,  please keep this palette in a cool and dry place.
• The shimmers work best when applied with the fingers vs. a brush. Please be sure to use a good primer to prevent fall out and minimize creasing - because there will be both with these types of high sparkle shimmers and depending on your skin type, the shimmers may crease on your lids.
• This palette has a mirror and eyeshadow base protector that needs to be removed in order to function properly. Our packaging is made of over 35% recycled/upcycled plastic. Due to the handcrafted marbling process, (marbling is created through a unique swirling process), no two products will look exactly the same. The marble pattern on the packaging will have its own one of a kind pattern. The same will apply to the marbled shades in the palette.  The mirror protector is 100% upcycled and therefore may have flaws on it.  When you open the box, there may be a chemical smell from the packaging. This smell is a UV coat that we used to protect the palette from minor scratches and will fade over time. Please refer to the "what is upcycling" tab for more details.
• Note: variations in color settings, lighting and qualities of phone/tablet/computer screens, etc. may cause colors to appear different in person. Duochromes and multichromes may appear differently on the skin versus what's in the pan. Please use our product photos as a reference guide only.

Paraben free and will expire approximately 1 year after opening. 

Perform a patch test before using a new product. Patch testing involves applying a small amount of the product to the skin where you're unlikely to wash it away. Leave the product on the patch of skin for as long as it would normally be on the skin when wearing the product,  to see if a reaction develops. Repeat for 7 to 10 days as a reaction may not happen immediately, so it is important to continue applying the product for this length of time. Please discontinue use if signs of irritation or rash appear.

To avoid "shimmer or glitter fallout" and creasing, we suggest using a good eye primer prior to application. 

Made and assembled in an SA 8000, ISO 9001, ISO 22716, GMP certified new lab that is now 100% solar powered in Shanghai, China. Formula contains a small amount of talc which is sourced from Japan. 

Cancellations: accepted within 1 hour of placing your order. We are unable to change or add anything to your order.  If you need to cancel after 1 hour of order placement, there is $7.00 charge, however, please note that cancellation is not guaranteed. This includes preorders. We are also unable to cancel an order if your order shipped or is placed in our shipping queue. Please make sure that your order is accurate. Once your order has shipped or is placed in our shipping queue, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

If your order is refunded, it may take up to 10 business days, Monday through Friday to process the refund. The time frame depends on your banking institution.

Cosmetics: We do not accept returns on any cosmetic/makeup item due to the nature of the product. All sales on eyeshadow and cosmetics are final once received. We do not refund, return or replace products based on liking. Please buy responsibly.⚠️Allergies Advisement: please read the ingredients list carefully to assure the item you are buying does not contain any ingredients you know you're allergic to. There is a $15.00 restocking fee for orders refused or marked "returned to sender" by the carrier, as well as a return shipping charge of at least $9.00 domestic and $30.00 international. There may also be a transaction fee. This is charged to your form of payment. To avoid these fees, please make sure that the address is accurate at checkout and/or that the mail carrier can deliver without obstacles.

All orders from Adept Cosmetics Global ship from our warehouses in China with a processing time of between 1 and 5 business days, Monday through Friday. By shipping from China, you save over $35 in shipping charges. Your order will dispatch from either Hong Kong, Shanghai or Shenzhen. Please be aware that delivery may take up to 30 business days, Monday through Friday! 

Orders totalling under $100 (before shipping and taxes) will ship via International Economy DDP with tracking number. DDP means delivered with duties already paid on your behalf. Delivery may take up to 30 business days, Monday through Friday.

All orders going to Norway ship via International Economy, with tracking number, DAP. DAP means that your governing body will collect duties , tariffs, and taxes prior to delivery. If the duties, tariffs and taxes are not paid, the package will be abandoned by the carrier. The order will not be eligible for any refunds should this occur and you will be charged an additional $24.00 abandonment fee to the payment method on file. 

Orders totaling $100 or more (before shipping and taxes) ship via International Economy, with tracking number, DAP. DAP means that your governing body will collect duties , tariffs, and taxes prior to delivery. If the duties, tariffs and taxes are not paid, the package will be abandoned by the carrier. The order will not be eligible for any refunds should this occur and you will be charged an additional $24.00 abandonment fee. Delivery may take up to 30 business days, Monday through Friday. Sometimes the carrier returns the package to us. If this occurs you will be charged a $15.00 restocking fee as well as a return shipping of around $9.00 (depending on your location). 

You will see at checkout whether your order qualifies for DDP or DDU.
